Sometime in the wee hours of this morning I found myself reading "The Night Before Christmas" from the very book you mentioned, to the dog. She was quite attentive as visions of dog bisquits, maybe with ham on them, danced through her head. Sylvester the cat, on the other hand, must be in the sullen teenager stage, as he could barely be bothered to show his enjoyment of new catnip toys. Merry Christmas and much love from your parents stranded out here in California having a blue (as in ocean blue) Christmas wishing we were sharing your white one with you and your family; and thank god for the dog and cat!
