I was there, I know. Due to the whole "church" thing, I was never encouraged (or allowed) to be an athlete. I have 30 years of sedentary-ness to overcome. (I mowed the lawn today so I wouldn't have to go to the gym.) I really wish I could afford a trainer, give them 3 hours a week, see what they can turn my body into in a year...
